hmmmmmmmm.

Not sure how exactly to cook it, I'm thinking it would be best to cook it by wrapping it in aluminum non-stick foil and throwing in your neighbor's yard on a hot summer day. I don't think there are many recipes out there for that type of fish.........I'm sure someone will have one better than mine.

Maybe Yani knows a great way to prepare them.

How come nobody has asked if Yanni has any recipes for Sea Lion, especially young ones. They should be the most tender. Personally I think that like with other hunted species, we should focus on the larger older ones, since those are the ones that like to steal our bait.
