Daily bag limit question.

Confused by different number : 10 or 20 ?
Which one is correct ?

Clearly state daily bag limit : 10 fish in combination
per person .

answer is total of 20.

Say 10 rockfish and 2 lingcod, 1 yellowtail and 7 whitefish would make for a limit.
