Bahia Point Kayak Launch Threatened

I launched from Bahia Point to fish Mission Bay this morning. As I was coming in and loading up Mike Waters came up to me and told me that Bill Evans the owner of the Bahia Hotel is trying to expand and wants to take away public access to Bahia Point which is currently city park land.
