Look like there is a need to have a good reliable, true to spec, ready to go, waterproof box. This is pretty much plug and play expect one connector to the FF power cord.
I tested this battery box against 2 makers. I also have a comparison sheet.
Make to Order 12Ah and 15Ah Chet's Battery Box. 3-4 weeks time frame. Time to order parts and time to test each one before and after assembly.
Cost:
$120 for 12Ah.
$150 for 15Ah.
- 12AH and 15AH. True capacity. Verified in a lab like environment and kayak fishing environment.
- Every battery cells are tested for internal resistant. Then match them together to get the most out of the battery pack.
- Waterprooof/Watertight box - 6” x 5” x 3.5”
- Over-charge, over-discharge, short-circuit protections.
- Sealed on all connectors.
- Die-electric grease applied to all connectors.
- 2A Li-ion charger included.
