Saw this at the landing the other day. Looks interesting, especially for 65 bucks....

Sounds interesting. 25 kayaks is a lot of people to cram on a boat. How much fishing time do you actually get out of it? Do they realize how long it would take to load up 25 kayaks and unload them? I have lots of questions, but still for $65 sounds like a deal especially when considering the cost of a 3/4 day boat out of SD, without kayaks.

Load from 4-5 depart by 6.

Probably wouldn't be OTW till 8-9ish, I would think, and off by 2-3. Not too bad. But the drive adds some $$$ if you're coming from SD. From the Orion experiences, having a boat with a nice lay-out is important. Cramming anglers and yaks on the Orion left very little space on a slow boat.

Islander should be a good model, by the reports.

ya I am thinking 6 hours OTW. Looking at the boat on their site, I don't see how they will get 25 yaks on......float tubes no problemo. Hope to be on the first run with a good report.
