Apparently Paul had a heart attack and passed away. I remember running into Paul on the water often in Malibu fishing the shallows with his buddy Zuman back in the day. He was always a chill guy and always respected others peoples space. He goes back to the days of jason’s old site. Rest In Peace Paul.

Hey man,How are ya?
I just posted this in the fishing reports.
I'm asking people for pics of Paul for his memorial.
This is so sad and shocking. He stopped by the shop thurs and all seemed normal!!
He called me during the fires to see if I was ok(I live in calabasas).Still have one unheard voicemail on my cell from him.....
Everybody loved Paul!!!!!

Wow. Paul was a great guy. Always posting nice comments and useful information. He lived and breathed kayaking fishing. Always sharing his sense of ocean adventure.
We're gonna miss you Paul. Rest in peace.

A sad reminder of how fleeting life can be........live it now!
Paul was one of the quirky original band of kayak fishing brothers that I am proud to be a part of and saddened to see another one lost too soon. Paddle on!
