My wife and I launched for a quick 3 hour session at Avila. We paddled to the Lighthouse and caught our fish right in front. I caught a 23" Halibut on a Hookup Baits Sardine 1.5oz and a 23" Lingcod. She caught her 29" Lingcod on a Berkley Gulp on a 1.5oz leadhead. She lost a Vermillion when she was holding it up for a photo, which I didn't even get, so she was looking for redemption, good thing she caught the Lingcod so she could forgive me.
