There is a Ice Place in Clairemont, that has cheap ice. $2.50 for 20 lbs. It is in a strip mall on Clairemont Mesa Blvd, east of Genesee, West of 805, next to a Starbucks. It is by itself in the parking lot, near the street. Parking lot has solar panels throughout. Sorry I dont have an address
