I'm sure it has been said before, but mount it on the side OPPOSITE your dominant hand/arm. You want the most range of motion available for your stronger arm

I finally ordered one online and used it twice. so far it’s been great to use! Really makes it much easier.

For whatever reason, i like to fish on the right side. so i end up pulling on that side too. i can’t undo it :D
