Just saw this, WOW, that sounds like fun. I bet it can get crazy. I also bet that Kayak keel tracks on the sand, weren't the only things dragging on the sand. It would take some Large Huevos, to go after SAILFISH, from Kayaks. :D

Extreme has been running this tournament since 2014 without any incidents.
It can be a lot of fun, but if the weather is bad, it can be an uncomfortable outing. Of the hundreds of Sailfish landed off kayaks, I know of one incident where a bill punched through the hull of a kayak. It's extreme kayak fishing, but so far it has been pretty safe.
