This was the 3rd trip launching from La Jolla in search of Yellowtail, DoDos or Tuna in 9 days. The problem has not been finding the warmer water and the Dorados but trying a lot of different jigs, either trolling at different speeds or casting jig right on or across schools of DoDos. There are literally millions off DoDos out on the North Nine. going to try some feathers next. They wouldn't even eat some squid strips on a #1 bait hook on 25 lb Fluorocarbon leader last Wednesday. Still, what a fun day on the water.
