BALLIN'! (http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=L2JfY-nVaqg)

Did some dedicated miles with the bounce-ball rig outside DP. Couple scorpions and a 31" 'but. It was f'n awesome out there. So calm and clear. Cat and incredibly SCI visible at sea level.

Question: How do you "ball-bounce" with a rapala? Thanks

Hell Yeah Z! Thats a good looking hardbait too. I've been wanting to try the bounceball, now I'm a lil more motivated.

Actually it's a yo-zuri, crystal deep diver (floater).

This is the first time I've had success other than shorts or by-catch:
3-way swivel, 2' drop w/ 12oz weight, 5' flouro leader.

Excellent report and pictures, Zed. Ballin is hard work in a single. Flasher?

Mucho thanks for the info re: your b-bounce rig. As someone fairly new to fishing I had never heard of it. Looks like it would be fun to try. I'll let you know if it works for me.
