Me and Argoli are heading down to LJ, Monday and would like to know if the squid boats are still working or do we just start jiggingg for them ? If they are working do we just head to the area they are in and jig? Or do we bring a net and see if they are floating .:wsb:

I was out yesterday early AM and the squid boats were nowhere to be seen. I was told there was squid still left to be had but with my squid catching ability I didn't waste much time looking for them but used my dead squid instead.

Just a nice paddle from the launch to the point and then to the pier. Plenty of macks out by the furthest buoy.
