Yes, it is probably tiring reading these endless threads, I empathize with you all. But when the decisions are finally made and your voice has not been heard, you will be kicking yourself. Thanks to everyone who has written, and continues to write on our behalf, remember we must overwhelm them with letters of our position.

If you have been procrastinating, TODAY, is your day to start. Just like in college, doing that paper the night before, get started you can do it!

Write your Senators, reps, etc, attached is the list, work your way through it.

Ask them how a non-solvent State is going to implement MLPA's, with the current budget shortfalls, and how it is an objective procedure, if "interest groups" are funding the process; instead of the State of CA.

Ask them to send you a written response to their intent, and position in this case. Please do not be vituperative, remember we need their help.

At the very least find your reps, use this link, type in your ZIP, nice and easy....
