Any thoughts?
Maybe send a letter stating abuse of power (improper use of authority) and citing possible conflict of interest?
<O:pThe conflict of interest exists in the fact that his decision directly conflicts with the whole purpose of the meetings and of the recommendations set forth by the two parties.</O:p
<O:p</O:p
<O:pSeparation of power must be in such grade, that any of the branches can operate without excessive limitations from the others; but interdependecy between them must also be in such grade, that one single branch cannot rule out the other's decisions. This is the separation of powers principle.</O:p
<O:p</O:p
<O:p<O:pA conflict of interest exists even if no improper act results from it, and can create an appearance of impropriety that can undermine confidence in the conflicted individual or organization.</O:p</O:p
<O:p
<O:pI would love to be the one calling for his ouster at the next meeting...</O:p</O:p
