We had Karen's latest recipe in the Winter issue of the Kayak Fisherman, for dinner tonight. I took some halibut out of the freezer. She credited www.baytubers.com for the recipe and you can find it on their site under "halibut recipes" It is Jackie Brown's Macadamia Crusted Halibut. I was thinking it better be good as 6 oz of nuts were $7 at Vons :D It did not dissapoint. Thanks Karen and the guys at Baytubers for an excellent recipe. I give it 2 enthusiastic trap hooks up!

To truly know your prey, you must eat them. I think I am going halibut fishing manana :D
