How insulated is this thing??

That is a tough question to answer. I usually put frozen water bottles in it and it stays frozen for about 4hrs. Another benefit to this bag is that it will reduce the amount of fish slime in your kayak if you store your fish inside the hull. I stored a 33lb YT in this bag.

How insulated is this thing??
