Build one your self for under $30. K-Surplus in National City has some really nice wheels for $5 a piece. They have the bolts and nuts really cheap as well. Go to Home depot/Lowes for the PVC and red hot blue glue. Bada Bing.

I have the Hobie Cart frame - with no wheels. $25 pick up- or meet up somewhere.
