Anyone heading out from Carlsbad tomorrow?

I'm planning to head out from the power plant area tomorrow morning. Just wondering if anyone else may be in the area. I'm pretty new to this stuff and would love just to observe a bit and take any tips I can get. I'll even take the photos! :D

I know La Jolla would probably be better and I may reconsider, but Carlsbad is a lot more convenient for me.

watch that surf in c-bad..... launching and landing can be a challenge.

Yea, I was just looking at the surf report. I think I'll just take the drive and chance the parking at La Jolla.

Anyone willing to let me tag along? I'll be on a stone colored X-13.
