Saturday Oct. 9th- Kayak, Float Tube, SUP fishing event being held Carpinteria Reef 10 miles south of Santa Barbara and 20 miles north of Ventura. It is a Fund Raiser for Steelhead habitat restoration. Entry is only $20 and includes a BBQ and some great prizes!

Carpinteria Reef is less than 1/2 mile off shore about 10 miles south of Santa Barbara and 20 miles north of Ventura.
Take Hwy 101 and exit Santa Claus Lane the Beach South of the exit is where it all takes place.
Camping in your vehicle isn't legal but truckers and people do all the time. Some may want to be security and stay by their kayak on the beach.
Starts at 7 a.m. and ends at 11



There is one overall grand prize winner for the most inches. This person will choose from the three prizes (FL trip, Ocean Kayak Trident , float tube).
The other 2 prizes will then be put in the general raffle. The grand prize winner will be excluded from winning either of these two prizes from the raffle but can win any other raffle prizes. We will then have a 1st-3rd place winner with a plaque for both a fly and conventional division (Grand Prize winner will also win plaque).
