I think the one with the mustard was planned, maybe he didn't know it, but I agree some are planned. I think the crew and staff like to toy with him because he gets so upset. However there are some that he can take full credit for.

That was good stuff! I still DVR his show and watch on the weekends. The barb in the lip looked painful...Reminds me to carry wire cutters!:eek:

Barb's in any body part are painful. Had to push a sabiki rig hook on through last year in the middle of my thumb print. That is a small hook.:cheers1:

There was one of him fishing under a tree and running into a hornets nest. He got stung a bunch and jumped in the water and swam to the camera boat. Fun suff
