skunked for la jolla but good for santee freshwater

Been a little rusty for Lj maybe 50+ yaks today didnt see any beast pulled it but been ok for freshwater fishing this weekend been hitting limits at santee lake(catch release of course). just a quick report for you fresh fishermans too. Saw you launch this morning, it was crazy how many yaks were out there today.

Sweet pic man, when were you at Santee? I was there with my son and wife yesterday. He fished with me for about 15 minutes and then he and mom went off to the playground while I fished. Where you bed fishing? It's pretty cool that every 10 to 15 feet you can drop a bait on a bed and get hooked. I didn't land anything of the females but the males were pretty aggressive.

hey jim wow what a coincidence i was there the day before Lj too. ya I was doing a little beds sight fishing, but the bigger ones where hitting me blind. Howd you do that day in Lj

I went out yesterday for zippo except fish taco meat for tonight...bassin continues. It's just too good to not hit it at the end of the day. A dozen including (5) on the spinnerbait...
