That was incredible footage, reminds me of my wipeout the first few months i started kayaking. And everytime i launch i do the prelaunch check list.

thats why i paddle like hell. even in the ankle slappers. less time in the wash = less chance to flip and break more rods. yes.. more. :D

Long funny story about getting this shot but the short answer is, when chasing big game in Baja for my guided trips we always use support/safety boats and this photo was taken by Alonso my pangero. This photo has appeared in magazines all over the world.
