2015 taken on 50lb fluorocarbon and a 6x vmc treble intended for a YFT fishing a live Maasbanker. Nth of Durban at Fontao wreck,113' trawler resting in 92ft of water less than 1/2 mile off the beach. The 42.67KG Wahoo beats old SA boat record of 36KG, but unofficial because the 23 year old angler does not belong to a club. At 94lbs, this is perhaps the biggest Wahoo ever taken off a kayak.
