Newport rockfish 3/4/14
 

Launched at 5:30ish, water was choppy and blown out with allot of current. New fish finder worked perfect. Found the piles easy, staying on them was allot of work. Nothing to big on the rockfish. Took home a handful of Reds and chuckleheads for the tacos I promised some friends tonight. Caught one huge sandy that was bedding down with the rockfish. Nice Job Will. Glad to see you got some tacos. It was really weird how choppy it was this morning, I was out surfing at HB this morning. This weekend should be a lot better. I'll give you a shout if I'm going.

Yeah give me a shout. I can fish just about any morning of the week as long as I'm off the water by 10 or so

Do I need a on the water pick with the catch to submit because i didn't even think to wheni was out there.
