How Event 28th March
 

Do we have the flyers for this event yet. Need to get them out, and do we know if any are returning from last event? Thanks

Ill get the word out to those that wanted to go from the WW Bn.

So far 17 people from the cancelled event have signed up to come out on 3/28.

The flyer has been out and in distribution for the last 3 weeks.

Matt, I talked to the C5 director at Balboa today. She runs the combat casualty care wing. She said she knew plenty of people to forward the flyer to so I'm hoping it gets our numbers up from the last event. Pitched it to the folks at the PL vet center as well. See everyone there.

Just signed up another 4 participants putting us at 30 so far. We are easily going to hit our limit of 40 by the 28th. I plan on overbooking by 10 so if we have no shows we still have a good turn out.

my girlfriends works in the Bob Wilson Hospital in Balboa Park, do you need anyone to put up flyers there? I will be at the March 28 HOW event to meet everyone and help out

We are filling up fast but any sort of exposure helps. Even once this event is full we can sign people up for the next one.

I'll be there with a vet friend from church. I should have my PA17 by then so I will have an extra PA14 if needed.

In if my work schedule allows.

Hey Bob,
I will come out to help but might be one handed with a shoulder injury. It's getting better but will see what I can do on friday. Also, I may not be able to get the 17 this time around. I will know more by the end of the day tomorrow.
