Lynx Fishing Compression

Anyone ever tried these precision Lynx no knots, no crimping thing-a-ma-jig.
gives the presentation of your rig a nice clean look.

A system to eliminate knot and maintain line strength to knot. Revolution idea but I know they'll be lots of drawbacks.

I'm interested. I just wish the video actually showed how the mono connects to the hook instead of just an animation of it

Here a great video on how the tool works to compress the line.

Innovative concept. I can see it being an excellent way to rig heavy trolling set ups where you won't be changing them. It sure looks to me that once you lock the hook or swivle to the line you can never reuse it. You're not getting the crimp back open. If you get a nick in the line and need to retie or want to change hook or leader size that hook is trash. Mike
