Dana Point 1/4/20

Mornin Fellas,

Saturday was my first trip out for the year. Joined by a couple of BWE members (Quang and Kevin), and a couple of other kayak fisherman. we had a good time.

A couple of the guys were cleaning up the sand bass and short halibuts, i managed a couple of bat rays.

The conditions were fantastic for most of the morning with the wind picking up around 11:30.

Launched around 7, off the water by about 12:30

I didn't see any Macs, we used the anchovies from the bait barge. I threw a sabiki for a bit in the harbor, but no luck with any baits.

I think a few of the guys were throwing some plastics as well

Cheers
