Glad I had my fishing license

It was foggy
It was cold

I didn't sleep good, someones car alarm was glitchy and I was ready to throw burning brick wrapped in a t-shirt with alcohol on it.

Location S of Ventura N of LA Jolla.

Water was balmy
Wind wake 2ft 9 secs
Live bait, hard to make. Only found two greenness, one got spit out. The other got one.
Water temp unknown.

Depth bottom

I fell asleep on my kayak, the sound of my clicker woke me up....

Back at home by 12.

Read Jim Salazar comments,

Glad I had my fish license, because you know those wardens would of taken my fish if I had popped out with article 1 section 25.

CALIFORNIA CONSTITUTION

the public lands of the State and in the waters thereof, excepting
upon lands set aside for fish hatcheries, and no land owned by the
State shall ever be sold or transferred without reserving in the
people the absolute right to fish thereupon; and no law shall ever be
passed making it a crime for the people to enter upon the public
lands within this State for the purpose of fishing in any water
containing fish that have been planted therein by the State;
provided, that the legislature may by statute, provide for the season
when and the conditions under which the different species of fish

The legislature may by statue provide for the season when and the CONDITIONS under which the different species of fish may be taken.

Condition | Define Condition at Dictionary.com
www.dictionary.com › browse › condition
noun. 1. a particular state of being or existence; situation with respect to circumstances: the human condition. 2. something that limits or restricts something else; a qualification: you may enter only under certain conditions.

Doesn't take a constitutional lawyer to resize that the state has passed legislation that requires as a Condition to fish a state license.

Wrong Dictionary. Legal Definitions come from a law dictionary (i.e. Black's or Bouvier's).

For example, a legal definition of person can mean Corporation. But under common law, is a person also a corporation?
