OEX and Hobie

Want to say a very sincere THANK YOU to Andy at OEX and Hobie.:luxhello:

Had a problem with my used (3yrs) hobie, called Andy.

Step 1. Bring it by the shop.

Step 2. Hi, I'm Andy, I'll take care of it.

Step 3. Pick up your NEW boat in a couple days.

I was not a customer of Andy's prior to this(70 miles), I am now. Big Thanks.

Hobie went above and beyond my expectations. It is rare to receive this type of support from a company.

going in times like this......

Almost bought my first yak at OEX Kearny Mesa....
but decided to hook up the Subaru instead....

I Only hear good things about them......

I saw the leak you had, it will probably feel like you are pedaling a feather without all the excess water wieght in the hull, glad to hear of the replacement from Hobie and the great service you received with OEX, both very good at what they do:reeling:

So.. your boat was leaning to the left...

I live further than you do but I'm still a customer of oex sunset. Andy is a good guy and takes care if his customers, I'm getting my new paddle from him on Saturday.

Andy and OEX Sunset Beach are the pinnacle in customer service and real user knowledge. Whether you are in search of a product or information on what is possible in outfitting your kayak, Andy is the man to talk to.
