The cam pans preset spots, but when it's pointing S, you can see the boat dropping rocks.

I noticed that out there the past few days while out surfing. Reminded me of when they did phase 1. Glad to see they are doing more.

How crazy would that be?.... They make it fisherman friendly by creating lanes between the kelp then make it part of the MLPA no fish zones.
