Burlap Sacks

Hey guys.

Any idea of a store that I can buy those burlap sacks that the fishing charters use? Not online, but a physical store. And without having to buy a 50lb bag of potatoes just to use the bag...

If you don't want to go the online route: amazon, uline, etc, you could always try some local restaurants and ask them. They might be available locally via walmart or other places for kids (sack race).

Any tackle shop or the landings should have them.

Cool. I normally go Amazon when mine fall apart but I'm heading out Friday morning and kind of need them now haha.

Feed shops usually carry them. One by me is by steele canyon high school. Also can stuff them for archery practice.

I used to work at a feed store who carried them. It's in the inland empire so pretty for from san Diego. But call any feed stores around you. They were like 3 bucks or something

Buy burlap at home depot. Sew it into a bag. Problem solved. :D

I get mine from here, they are off of Camino Ruiz in the Miramar area. Very reasonable, I use them to cook a few turkeys in the ground every year.

Have the same question. I'm going on a half day boat in two Monday's (Chubasco II -open invite)... Going to ask them if I can keep / buy the bag they use

Squidco in San Diego for sure. Not the easiest location to get to but they've got the right tackle with very good pricing. Very friendly, helpful atmosphere is a bonus. Also a recent sponsor at the HOW event so name drop BWE on them too. That place is always crowded for a reason. Jim

x2 on Squidco - $1 - can't beat that

I bought one CHEAP off of deckhand on a recent half day trip. Easy peasy

Coffee roasters. Try calling Calabra or Moto...

If anyone need them, I think I have a bunch in the garage.

(But obviously, that's no help for the OP's Friday deadline).
