Best Setup for WSB

Right now, whats the best method on setup for WSB? Dropper loop with Squid? Or Live bait perhaps?

I feel it doesn't really matter...whatever you can put right in front of their face. They are a fish of opportunity, while exerting the least amount of energy.

Sea bass feed from top to bottom on about every thing they can fit in their mouths. It seams to me that when sea bass go on a feed yheyll eat about any thing. And when they're not they won't bite any thing. The dropper with squid or fin bait and jig n squid on a dead stick are definate producers. If squid are around it can be vital to have squid for bait. Especially at places like Catalina. If you're not fishing with squid when the wsb are on squid your basically wasting your time. Maybe one last thing. When wsb aren't biting its cause they're not eating or are eating some thing you're not fishing with. Dropping down line sizes typically won't help the bite. Keep the heavy line out. They're not blue fin tuna. Mike
