Recommendations for waders for hooping

I’m lookong for some warm, waterproof waders for hooping on cold nights. Any recommendations on a good pair that are reasonably priced?

Bought these for surf fishing in NorCal. Love them. Specifically went for a balance between cost and quality. Seemed the best bet.
