Hi guys and gals. Is anyone going fishing August 11? I’ll be coming from Las Vegas and would like to tag along with someone. Or any tips. Thank you.

Give more information about yourself, where in California you will be and what your level of experience with kayaking the ocean is. I think you will have more luck this way.


Some of us do shore launches and offshore paddles where we stay out in some snotty conditions. Plus not everyone is willing to share their spots. You gotta be salesperson. Otherwise, just show up to the harbors or la jolla launch bright and early and try to make some friends. There will be plenty kayaks in the morning.
