A full house at Makoville. Great times with great people. A bit of wind during the week but most everyone was able to get out every day for a few hours.

Water temp was 73 - 74. The water was very green and off color. We had a good bit of wind but most folks were able to get out for at least part of the day. Fishing was OK by my standards. Not the best and certainly not the worst that i have seen in the area. Quite a few yellows around but I didn't see any that broke the 10 pound mark. A lot of sierra around and some of those were really jumbo. Longer and thicker than the yellows. A few quality cabria and pargo in the mix. The usual triggers, spotties lizards, and scorpion fish were all available.

Thanks for the dope, we are looking to head to Gonzaga this weekend, not sure if you are in the area, but stop by. Pappas Fernandez palapas camp. (I think, same place as usual)

It was a great time as usual. If you like triggers you could catch as many as you wanted. Spotties were on the chew and like Ross said small yellows and large Sierra pulled some string to keep things interesting. Great meals at the restaurant and awesome time with friends made for a great week. Can't wait for the next trip to paradise.

Good fishing with you and serop down there. You guys were killing the yellows. Thanks again for the CD

The GOOD, the BAD, and the UGLY.
After 5 months of being in a Baja Free zone, aka Southern California, last week I returned to
my beloved Baja. Thank you Lord. It is still PARADISE.

The trip down was uneventful but there was some construction just before you get to Puertocitos.
The rest of the roads were normal for the area. It was nice to sea my part of Baja again.

The GOOD, friends, fishing, food and the weather. The BAD, one small section of road, a whole 20
minute wait at the border coming home in the Sentri lane, and not getting to stay another week.
The UGLY was my nose being sun burned because of the antibiotics I was on.

The trip was AWESOME and I feel blessed. Life is good again. I met in person Kathryn DiPietro and
her boyfriend Dale. We had dinner at the La Poma restaurant at KM 134, Clementina made our crew
of many a great Sea Food dinner. One night there we had 16 people at our table, and there was
another group of 8 seated at another table.

This was a trip I will charish for many years, thank you all for those who were able to attend, the
fishing has been better but was still enjoyed. We worked on the bedroom over the kitchen and made
plans to put in a walkway so I can get to the bathroon easier in a wheel chair. For me it was a great
trip and I plan on being back in camp in mid June. Thanks and God bless you all.

Always great to be in camp with you and I do mean always. Glad you liked the tunes and hope to fish with you soon. Mike is cool too

This was my best fish of the trip. Same spot I got a 26lb cabrilla the trip prior. Got three others that first afternoon of fishing and after that they were MIA for the remainder of the trip, for me at least. Got all four of my cabrilla on that trip on a scrambled egg salas 6x heavy.
