nice ling-tree, they have a bait tank, that goes right in the back hatch behind you, just do that, don't waste your time and money imho

JNAST13ST 05-17-2012 07:56 PM

do you think its better just buying one?, and where from if i do?

mtnbykr2 05-17-2012 08:02 PM

they are a little far and in between used, Andy probably has one:reel:

andy? a member ill check it out, yeah cause they are expensive new and i need the whole set up

mtnbykr2 05-17-2012 08:06 PM

No, Andy at OEX, but try ebay and craigslist

JNAST13ST 05-17-2012 08:07 PM

ok oex how much do you think it would run?

mtnbykr2 05-17-2012 08:14 PM

I don't remember how much they ran, I had an XFactor for about 3 years,
I think "Thresher Tank" makes one that fits, but I'm not sure, all I know is that you will spend more time and $ than it's worth

I use a bait tube. Cheap and easy to make. Bait stay alive all day.:D

mtnbykr2 05-17-2012 08:18 PM

that's the best way for little or no cash layout, and works well

JNAST13ST 05-17-2012 08:19 PM

ok ill check it out

If you look there are some posts on how to build a tank out of a 5 gallon bucket or a dog food container if i remember all the parts is around $100 give or take...

JNAST13ST 05-17-2012 08:35 PM

ok koo ill have like $150 to spend on one

Cvaladez2 05-17-2012 08:38 PM

2 ft of 3 or 4 inch black PVC pipe. One end cap. One twist of cap and some motivational 550 cord. Glue caps on. Drill holes all around it and tie 550 cord to it as a leash.

JNAST13ST 05-17-2012 08:43 PM

ok Ill try that for now but I want something permanent

I'm very happy with the tack I made for my xfactor, search my threads for the build.
