This is the gray and black model with a gear pocket on the back and two rod holders. Awesome seat, very comfortable. retail is $175...it is like new..$150..I also have a sea swift paddle. This is a super light and strong paddle. it cost me $250 dollars. It is made by Swift paddles and has a blue blades, it is two piece and is in excellent condition. $200..Thanks Travis 858-245-3362
