Slow? Still Gotta Eat!

As I walked by the seafood counter at the local grocery store
I saw fresh "mixed seafood." I remember how my mom used
to mix this stuff up with Orzo pasta. The fight was on at
the dinner table. If you've had enough turkey, try this dish.
