went out kayak fishing for my first time today with my friends aaron and sebi.

friends mom went and got us live bait from EB and brought it back to LJ for us.
got out past the boiler rocks and startied trolling live sardines. WUHBAM. instant bendo.
nice grade calico. 2lbs 8 ounces on the digi. released. Gotout to the kelp beds and started tossing swimbaits. 25 minutes later im on. calico number 2 on board. barely 12 incher released.
sebi caught one right after this. went back into the boiler rocks and trolled another live sardine and whammy a nice 3 pound 9 ouncer hits the deck. #3 on deck. kept this one for tacos. next cast i caught a barely legal 12 incher and released it. drifted for halibut for 20 minutes with no love and called it a day. went in got picked up filleted the fish and ate. MMMmMMMMmMmmmmmMMM. feesh tacos. fun day. im amped on getting a kayak
