Can you guess what this is:confused:

Clues:

Is my prize one of those Halibut :)

I give up - for small bass/etc I've always just used a rope type stringer. For larger models I use the clip. The clip being easy to get through the gills and mouth.

I need to make one or both of the ends a little longer but not long enough so that it will not fit in the mesh pouch. I came up with this for two reasons: 1) lost my original clip during the 2.5day San Clemente trip. 2) Easy to store and use.
