First they give us a killer flu now this...
|
They give life, they take life.
All joking aside, such a short piece. I wonder what happened? Temperature too cold? Panic? |
Yeah, prob cold water + no PFD. Condolences to the family left behind.

" Anthony Hensley, 37, of Villa Park, Ill., worked for a company called Knox Swan & Dog which used swans and dogs to keep geese off the condominum’s properties.
Hensley was in a kayak on the condo’s retention pond checking on the animals Saturday morning when one of the swans swam at him, causing him to fall out of his kayak into the water." After that, the Swan continued to harass until he stayed still, very still. Solid test, the Swan performed flawlessly. I bet the orders are backing up. |
"He was not wearing a life vest, Bilecki said."
. . . . I just do not understand why people continue to do this. This is sad and I'm sure that water was cold but this most likely could have been prevented if he was wearing a PFD. |
Using swans to get rid of geese? Like the lady who swallowed the fly.
|
there's gotta be more to it. maybe he got tangled up in something. What I don't get is why the two witnesses only called the police.
