sleeping in your car?
 

are there any laws against sleeping in your car? say you drive down the launch around midnight and dont launch till 3 or 4, can you legally take a snooze on the side streets?

So long as you don't set up camp I doubt anyone will even notice you.

We're doing the same thing on an unknown date at an unknown time....wink wink

Snooze away....just don't be doing any lewd act's in the car and you will be fine.

also remember not to park there if there cleaning the streets at that time. They call parking fairy.

I wanted to fish the day, come in and get some winks before paddling out for the night bite. But there where so many tourists walking around I didn't feel comfortable so I just left. Night time though...handle it.

As long as you park in a legal parking area, no red curbs, you're fine to sleep. Don't be shocked if a cop taps the window to see if you're O.K.
