i had one on a prowler, it was not as useful or easy as i thought it'd be... maybe just my experience...:questionmark:

The kayatank was model specific so youll need to find one that fit your exact kayak, not just the hatch.

Different models had different depths on the tanks to ensure the seems were not stressed.

As for usefulness, Again every model was different. The Prowler definitely wasnt the best of all the models but tanks like the Malibus, Hobies, and other models had were great.

Is'nt that what sunk tom's kayak (big barrels)? Developed a hole and pumped water into the hull, and yes it went down like the titanic! Just a thought.
