Anyone Ever tried one of the Yaks?

Offers some versitility when it comes to getting comfortable and moving about.I'm trying to keep an open mind since I have low back and leg issues. Second pic is of a guy in Ca. that out a trolling motor on it and set it up for ocean use.

where does the seat go...looks like it will hold quite a bit of water...
I don't know about being out in the swells with it, unless it had a big bilge pump...I am sure it would be fine for inside the bay though... |

Have you road tested a PA yet? I know they are spendy but health and comfort are reasons to maybe spend a little more...I am teetering on a PA myself...

I've seen pictures of those and thought the look like good fishing kayaks. Bit like any ope SIS I would be concerned about flooding during surf launches and landings. The stand up paddling option looks sweet and the flat stern beween the hulls would take a motor pefectly. Just depends on what you want t for. Maybe not idea for LJ, but it would kick ass is bays, lakes, calm rivers, of ocean flats. Almost perfect for large mout bass fishing. Mike
