To wrap up 2013 in fine style C.K.F.S. is having a Yellowtail event.

YELLOWTAIL / BREAKING FIFTY...
Lines In:June 1st.
Lines Out: Dec 27th.
-Longest Fish Wins-
Boundaries: California & Mexico.
Target Species: Yellowtail.
(Any Yellowtail caught while competing in the CKFS San Clemente Island Challenge or on ANY Mothership are eligible submissions.)

(2) Photos required for submission.
One OTW and one on land with overall tape shot NOT fork length.
Scale will not be used for determine winner.
Timestamp enable camera or use Smartphone that is equipped.

Well, I'm on the board. Doubt it will hold up long, but at least I got something to show. Tapeshot will have to be on Tuesday when it comes off ice, as I forgot about the competition. Went 28lbs though. Let the games begin:cheers1:

**You may pre-register for all the remaining CKFS events right up until the last 24 hours before your catch & lines out FYI.

So technicially for this YT event you can preregister until December 26th, 2013
and catch something on Dec 27th before midnight and win all the money & the Hobie Livewell which I am trying to bring a respectable total of over $1000++++ USD to the 1st place winner if everyone would get a little more interested please!

Time-stamped camera enabled, or your smartphone will encode it for you.
No scale will be used to decide winner. Only tape.
Upgrades always allowable.
