Need some insight on a rod.

I sold my old yak today so I stopped by angler's tackle on the way home, I mean I had money in my pocket why not poke my head in. I ended up walking out with a revo toro 50. Now I just need a stick to put it on, anyone have some insight.

Bought a daiwa vip saltwater rod from anglers. Its the 710 jig stick. Nice rod and wont break the bank.

I like the californian series from Turners.

8MH Abu Garcia Volatile, it has plenty of tip to throw smaller baits with tons of backbone to pull on big fish and it's only $139. I love mine.

X2, good choice. My fav lite inshore rod for bass & Hali's. I like using my 200 curados with them.

Shimano terramar is a really nice rod, I have a st. Croix Mojo inshore that I love too. Paired with a Torium14 you can cast all day but still has some solid backbone.

Terez they've got the perfect amount of bend to keep them buts hooked.

You can always save some $$$ and go with a tigerstick... almost unbreakable.

rieffer 06-12-2013 03:31 PM

I've got Terramars. just need to size it up to what you'll do with it. Can't beat the lifetime warranty.

40# plus WSB this year and some quality butts...this rod's got plenty to get the job done. Jim
