Squid gannion question
 

Does anyone know what lb test izorline uses on their squid gannions? Particularly the one available at kayakfishingsupplies.com. Also, does anyone use a jig or some kind of lure at the bottom of the gannion like some people use on the bottom of their sabiki?

Yes use a jig, you are making bait where the feeders are!

Yes, I just picked up a 6oz ahi assault diamond jig, and a glow tady. We'll see how that goes.. never made bait off the kayak. I have the izorline squid gannion, and it seems pretty heavy mono... like at least 30# (maybe 50#).. pics in this post below:

Now that I see that, I think I remember seeing that post. I was also wondering if maybe using a bait aimed at targeting WSB might work too, or if would tangle in the gannion.
