Artist Tim Gunther.
He had a White Seabass chasing squid on the wall but that sold.
He puts metallics in the paint so that the fish change color from different angles, nice work.

Tim does some killer stuff. I was bummed he wasn't at DATD this year. I bought an original off him last year. He painted the coolest sculpin I ever seen. Hopefully I can find him someday and get a print of it.
