Has any one of you guys now the GPS on this place. Any kayaker fish this place, is it possible to paddle out to it? How many miles is it from shore.
thanks

I havnt on my kayak but have on boats a few times. It's actually right outside the harbor no more than a half mile. You can launch from silver strand beach and its a short paddle. You want to hit it early the wind whips there. But one thing one major thing. The fishing kinda sucks there. It's deep and looks super fishy but its not. A couple times a year the charters will fish it but if it was any good the chater boats would go there because its only like 1.5 miles from them. Much better places to go. Big car boats and banana boats so you better be able to get out of there way

Better off fishing the series of ridges or humps south of the canyon.
